When The Students In Nanyuki Would Skype With Students In Srikakulam

Digital India has picked up a massive momentum, after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the Silicon Valley. Satya Nadella, CEO, Microsoft is elated about vision Digital India and iterated on the prospects the dream carried, especially for the students between schools all over the world.

Mr Nadella stated that Digital India will bring about solutions for the challenges that exist in terms of digital divide that currently prevails across the world. At a dinner at San Jose, the CEO of Microsoft of Telugu origin reflected on what the way forward should be like. “Let’s empower people from Nanyuki to Srikakulam” he said, explaining how Skype facility can be used for children across the schools for the interaction and exchange of ideas.

Microsoft is all set to announce cloud computing data centres in India. The formal announcement will be made next week on this initiative for a brighter and faster Digital India.
