After an year of successful running of Sura Bharathi Sourabham, series of introductory classes on Sanskrit Pancha Kavyas for the students, Aswadana Sahithi Samithi of Kakinada has launched Prabandha Parimalalu, a workshop on a mission to introduce scholarly works In Telugu literature to the target groups.
The series will see lectures that would be conducted every Sunday. The first lecture began with Manu Charitra written by the great Allasani Peddana of Vijayanagara era. The workshop kicked off at Gandhi Bhavan. The workshop was presided by notable scholars K Karthikeya Sarma and G Venkata Satya Narasimha Sastry, who explained to the students about the literary work in detail.
