Jana Sena Party, a sensational political movement that began under the leadership of Tollywood’s Power Star Pawan Kalyan is now a recognized political party. The party that was started with a mission to address burning issues in the nation went on to give tremendous support to BJP and Telugu Desam during the 2014 elections. The results were in favour of both the parties. BJP became the ruling party of the nation, while TDP went on to reign the new state of Andhra Pradesh.
However, Jana Sena Party received its due recognition as a licensed political party only today. It remains to be seen as to what Pawan Kalyan’s next move will be. The star was recently in the rural areas of Penumaka and Undavalli in AP, interacting with the farmers and understanding their concerns with regards to AP Govt’s land pooling system.
Pawan Kalyan is also currently busy shooting for his next much awaited film, Sardaar Gabbar Singh.
The news of the party receiving an official license was declared today. Many youngsters have enrolled themselves as the party workers via party’s online portal way back in 2014, the year of its inception.
