TTD management has announced that a heavy turnout is expected in the pilgrim crowd during the Navarathri Brahmotsavams of Lord Venkateswara. The Brahmotsavams are scheduled to commence from October 14th onwards. Addressing the media, TTD EO Mr D. Sambasiva Rao said that the incoming Dussera holidays and Peratasi month that is auspicious for the Tamils will coincide with the annual fete. The traffic is bound to be high coming from Andhra, Telangana and Tamil Nadu in the most massive way.

A high-level meeting was held with the heads of various departments where EO urged the officials to overcome any alleged short comings that occurred during the recent Salakatla Brahmotsavams. The officials were asked to work more in the service of the devout.

A road map is also being designed with respect to the arrangements that are made to meet the Garuda Seva crowd on October 18th.
