Holy Month Of Ramadan, Govt Sanctions 2.5 Cr For Mosques

Celebrating and welcoming the holy month of Ramadan in a brand new way, the Chief Minister and the Government of Andhra Pradesh sanctioned INR 2.5 Crore for renovation and upgradation of the mosques in Andhra. The funding as been made for all the mosques that are run by the government and the Wakf Board. A part of this funding will also be utilized for organizing special Ramadan prayers for the Muslims in Andhra who observe astute fasting throughout.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu had extended his heart felt greetings to Muslims for the month of Ramadan, stating that this is the sacred month that transforms lives, reinventing and renewing people and showering kindness to others in the society.

The new sanction for the Muslim community looks prospective, bringing in the advent of developments for all the Muslims who hail and reside in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
