Yesterday proved to be a rather hectic day for all the officials across the departments at Velagapudi secretariat. Typically one of those days when the Chief Minister summons his teams at periodic intervals to understand the status of the pending projects. A series of engaging discussions followed to arrive at the present state of many projects that are lined up.
Officials from various welfare departments met CM and apprised him about the recent developments in their departments. The meeting went on for a significant amount of time where the CM asked the status and brainstormed about the betterment of existing plan of action.
The CM then met officials from Revenue generating departments and deliberated over the effect of budget 2017 on cash inflows
Members of the State Investment Promotion Board met the CM to discuss steps taken for speedy approvals of pending projects
Mr Naidu also had an elaborate discussion with Mahesh Kumar Jain, Managing Director, Indian Bank to finalise on opening up of three new branches in the prime regions of the state.
