CM N Chandrababu Naidu’s sincere appeal to people of AP not to disturb peace in Vizag. At a press conference that was held today, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu appealed to the people of Andhra Pradesh, students and parents, not to get provoked by calls to disturb the law and order situation in the state.
“Visakhapatnam is a peaceful city and is a growing investments destination. We are holding the Republic Day celebrations there. After that, CII Partnership Summit is being held there. We will have several foreign investors coming into the city. We do not want disturbances at a time when we are trying to make AP the best investments destination,” he said.
The Chief Minister said: “I appeal to all parents, students and all the citizens to not indulge in creating disturbance.”
People of AP want to see the state shine and want to be proud of it, he said, adding: “I will work to make it the state they dream of & make it reality.”
Earlier in the day, the Central team which is visiting drought-hit areas in the state has met Chief Minister. During the meeting, the CM explained on the drought mitigation measures taken in the state.
