Lemon Iced Tea
Water – 3 Cups
Tea Bags – 2 to 3
Fresh Mint Leaves – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cold water – 4 cups
Frozen lemonade concentrate – 1 cup
Lemon slices – 3 to 4
Take 3 cups of water and heat to bring to the boil. Take down the water, add tea bags and fresh mint leaves. Stir well and leave on with a lid for 10 minutes so that the tea flavors gets in.
Remove the tea bags and mint leaves and add sugar. Stir well
Pour this tea into a proper container and add the 4 cups of cold water.
Mix the lemonade concentrate.
Throw in more ice cubes for better effect. Stir well.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve
The delicious lemon iced tea is ready. For better effects with weight loss, add honey instead of sugar.
