All Fruit Smoothie Recipe
All Fresh Fruit
Apple – 1, cubed
Banana – 1 peeled and sliced
Watermelon – 1 cup, cubed
Musk melon – 1/2 cup
Ripe mango in case of no melon
Black grapes (seedless) – 1/3 cup, seedless
Yogurt – 1 ½ to 2 cups, chilled
Honey – 2 tsps
Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Ice cold water/Ice Cubes
Freeze all the fruit for over 15 minutes. Take them out, blend them with all the ingredients except ice. The blended smoothie should be smooth as well as enough frothy. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and add ice cubes.
Some people prefer Vanilla flavor. Go for it instead of cardamom to get that ice cream factor kicking in. Vegans can use milk in case they are not comfortable with yogurt.
