Flax or Linseeds are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. Add these in your menu on day today basis. These Laddus are very easy to make. Except Flax seeds and jaggery, all other ingredients are optional. No fixed proportions for making.
The preparation depends on your taste. Jaggery syrup with medium consistency will do.
Flax seeds 250 gms , Raagi flour 150 gms , oats 300 gms, almond 250 gms, cashew 50 gms, groundnuts 100 gms, khas khas 100 gms, gingily 100 gms, jaggery 150 gms, honey 20 gms, fleshy dates 100 gmsblack currants 100 gms, ghee 250 gms & cardamom 10.
You can change ingredients as per your taste and liking. Black currants are very sweet, so in that case lesser amount of jaggery will do.
Make them in 20 minutes. Relish!!
