This quick recipe of Andhra Mutton Fry is super easy to make and consumes lesser time to prepare.


Mutton- 1 kg.
Salt- to taste.
Turmeric powder- 2 pinches.
Red chilly powder- ¾ tbsp.
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp.
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp.
Coconut paste- 1 tbsp.
Poppy seeds paste- 1tbsp.
Oil- 4-5 tbsps.
Mutton masala powder- 2 tsps. Or (powdered 12 cloves, 2 cardamom, 1” cinnamon stick).
Coriander leaves- ½ bunch (finely chopped).
Onion- 2 medium (chopped).
Green chillies- 4-6 (chopped).
Water- small cup (100 gms).

1:Except oil, mutton masala powder and chopped coriander leaves, take all the above ingredients in a small pressure cooker, and cook up to 3 whistles.
2:Wait until the pressure is released. Remove the lid and continue to saute until dry. (till the water evaporates).

1:Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add the cooked mutton mixture and stir continuously for 15-20 minutes or till the mutton pieces turn to golden brown color.
