This Could be Chandra Sekhar Yeleti’s Next Finest
Yeleti is back, after a long haul. The delay seems to be definitely worth it. Manamantha, his next directorial speaks unspoken emotions and great promises. The film unit had released the teaser only yesterday, and there is a rainbow there. What seems to be like a story of four completely non related characters evokes curiosity with a pleasant feel.
Chandra Sekhar Yeleti is known and revered for his unique contemporary finesse. Manamantha seems to uphold the quality. The director who is known to make films after a detailed research and preparation seems to have struck the nail on the wall – the outcome that looks like a modern tale of middle class lives.
The prime attraction of the film seems to be Lalettan Mohanlal, undeniably so. The best part being Mohanlal dubbing his own lines, despite the language barrier. The last part in the teaser proves that he has done a kicker job out of it, not to forget overwhelming.
Actress Gouthami looks fresh, beautiful and a respite to the tired eyes who have watched too many Mumbai imports. She brings back the native zing automatically, doing better than most of the heroines of the present day.
So many expectations and questions, it mostly feels like Yeleti will emerge a sure shot winner with Manamantha. The film stars Mohanlal, Gouthami, Viswant, Raina Rao and Anisha Ambrose in the leads. The movie has been produced by Sai Korrapati under Vaarahi Films.
