“Thummithe Oodipoye Padhavulani Yendukandi Pattuku Velaadathaaru” – Pawan Kalyan to MP s
This was no speech. No political session. Pure heart to heart conversation. JanaSena Prasthanam was really a Prasthanam of sorts. Pawan Kalyan looked improved, prepared, calibrated.
The much awaited public meet at Tirupati rose to beat all the other Power Star interactions before. Pawan Kalyan soared like a Che Guevara reborn, and dissected the most concerning and feared issues of all – AP’s Special Status issue that is lurking somewhere in the lurch.
There were no personal attacks on any of the leaders or politicians. A very smartly approached talk this, PK discussed his agitation in a very realistic manner. Right from his reason to enter the political game and unwanted fan wars to supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he stood firm, assertive and unnerved.
Jana Sena party was born for the people’s cause and not ulterior interests, said he. The sea of masses stood on, cheering and hearing their favorite ‘youth icon’ talk about the whys, wheres and whats. Pawan Kalyan showed the world the kind of a politician he can become – the people’s leader.
People and the media went silent as PK went about talking about state bifurcation, special status and the most interesting part about the politicians thriving in ‘fear’.
He took straight shots at leaders like Venkaiah Naidu and the rest, asking them to ‘stop beseeching’ the center for Special Status. Time has come to ‘demand’ for the same.
There were some major points that were dug wide open and autopsied, completely unabashed. Pawan did not hesitate to mention even the most un comfortable facts about the prevailing irony in the new state of AP – helplessness seen in the ministers that often stops them to get into a war mode with the Center.
The speech went from inspiring to entertaining when Power Star made the crowd clap for Jairam Ramesh, to have landed the Telugu people in such a paradox. He spoke at length about his constant silence and the way forward plan to fight for state’s special status.
The leader of Jana Sena Party shared his three phase plan to raise the demands with the center. Phase 1 will begin from September 9th at Kakinada, where he will start his journey to understand the concerns of people and how lack of special status is affecting them. Thereafter, phase 2 and phase 3 will go into more of a demanding mode where he will gather all the raw facts and put them in front of the center.
This rhetoric speech at Tirupati will not be remembered for the catchy punch lines or counters, but for the honesty. There was every bit a sincerity in which he had approached the masses and shared the gnawing facts in broad day light.
And the conclusion will not be forgotten
“Respected sirs of BJP and Congress, we are deeply hurt..you are not able to see or angst, our pain, our agony, our anger, our tears. May be we are not within your vicinity as you are in UP North and we are in DOWN South..down south..May be that’s why we are not in your vicinity . But I PAWAN KALYAN the president of JanaSena party representing Seemandhra…I and WE all of us together will make sure that we will be in your vicinity. We will come into your vicinity and we will fight for our right right right. Jai Hind!”
