The CM has just inaugurated a state of the art Call Centre in Guntapalli, Vijayawada, which will stand as an excellent cost-free interactive platform for the citizens to directly inquire, file complaint and suggest. The queries will constantly be monitored, reviewed and daily reports will be sent to the officials of the relevant departments.
The aim is to actively interact with the citizens of Andhra Pradesh on a day to day basis and provide better governance.AP government core teams have been working relentlessly on this project for sometime, trying to understand and offer basic fixes for the citizen woes. With elaborate call centre set up only for their needs, the citizens of the state should finally be able to see hope while resolving their issues.
