Nara Lokesh, who is often criticized and closely scrutinized for being the son of CBN, has finally proved that times are changing. Lokesh, who has constantly struggled under the shadow of his father is turning a new leaf as the IT Minister. This time, Lokesh silenced his critics and naysayers by scoring a biggie for AP.
Lokesh has succeeded in convincing HCL Technologies to invest in Andhra Pradesh. The result? HCL will be setting up a facility worth Rs 500 Cr in Vijayawada. The company will now invest Rs 500 Cr spanning ten years to set up a developmeny centre, training facility and other ancillaries. This investment will create employment and training opportunity for more than 5000 skilled talent in the state.
Going to the details, the facility will be set up at Kesarapalle Village in Gannavaram Mandal of Krishna District. The HCL’s state of the art infrastructure will be spread across an expanse of 17.86 acres. A second center is also in planning, to be set up across 10 acres of Ainavulu village in Amaravati.
Bringing HCL to Andhra Pradesh is a windfall development for the state, creating world class opportunities and generating mind blowing economic activity. Nara Lokesh is raring to go for more in the days to come.
