Kakinada Municipal Corporation is now on feet and real time. After constant pushing and follow up from none other than CM Sri n Chandrababu Naidu, KMC has admirably wrapped up some of the critical projects in the city.
The recent beautification of Zilla Parishad High School set the alarms ringing among the citizens. The corporation completed the task in record speed, especially after the direct orders from the state’s commander in chief. The residents and the locals are now keen on looking at KMC winding up other projects and schemes that were recently announced by the CM himself during his visit to Kakinada.
It all happened during the Arogya Andhra Pradesh meeting held that was held lately, when the students of the Pagadalapeta ZP High School complained to the CM about the unhygienic surroundings of their school. Mr. Naidu instantly asked the officials to beautify the school, making the municipal officials jump into action.
The CM also took the opportunity and announced about the construction of a third bridge across the Upputeru, construction of a solid waste management plant and underground drainage. The residents like the developments being promised as these were long-pending issues affecting everyday lives.
Hopefully, people will see some amazing makeovers soon enough in Kakinada.
