The three day South Korean tour of AP Chief Minister, N Chandrababu Naidu has finally come to a close. The second day of the tour was spent by the CM and his delegates in the city of Busan. The team of delegates who accompanied the CM to this South Korean sojourn included Amarnath Reddy, the Industries Minister, Dr. Parakala Prabhakar, AP Govt’s Advisor, Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, AP’s Finance Minister, G Sai Prasad, Chief Secretary CMO, Solomon Arokiaraj, Secretary of Industries Department, Ahmad Babu, MD of APIIC and J Krishna Kishore, the CEO of Economic Development Board.
During his visit, Naidu met the higher officials of various Korean organizations including LG, OCI, DARCL Logistics, Greencross Cell, KAICA, KAMA and Hyundai Merchant Marine.
A presentation was made by OCI’s CEO to the CM and his team elaborating on the company’s operations in other countries and the various abilities that it possesses. He also suggested that the company is now interested in beginning its operations in India too.
The CBN team also met the officials of LG, a well known electronic brand. The operations of the company were explained during the meeting by Swon Koon, the President of LG. The company is already quite popular in India in various sectors like LED, OLED, manufacturing and energy storage devices among others.
Chandrababu Naidu also met with the officials of the largest organization of South Korea, DARCL Logistics.
